    Monday
    • 1. Met with my project supervisor and discussed my work scope and goals for the week
    • 2. Edited more than 100 images for the monthly newsletter
    • 3. Wrote a hearing memo for Political Department diplomats
    • 4. Translated a document
    Tuesday
    • 1. Attended a meeting with graphic designers to discuss the first phase of the  new website
    • 2. Contacted the State Department for information regarding an ongoing project
    • 3. Formatted images for web templates for the new website
    • 4. Sent invitations for a reception held by the Ambassador
    Wednesday
    • 1. Wrote a critique
    • 2. Attended a briefing on African trade barriers at the Cato Institute
    • 3. Wrote a memo summarizing the Cato briefing and the Q&A that followed it; gave the memo to Political Department diplomats
    • 4. Attended a Chilean wine-tasting event
    Thursday
    • 1. Presented my weekly report with documentation of my research and a catalogue of images edited
    • 2. Met with my project supervisor for a creative brainstorming session
    • 3. Attended a Smithsonian seminar on digitization
    Friday
    • 1. Attended classes at WII
    • 2. Discussed internship highlights with my classmates
    • 3. Visited the National Security Council for a briefing with my international relations class
