Career Day

In the current economic climate, news of hiring freezes and unemployment statistics can be discouraging to those entering the job market.  Yet WII’s students have reason to be optimistic.  They are preparing themselves for success, not only through hands-on experience at their internships, but also by networking at events such as “Career Day.”

Career Day brings WII alumni back to meet with current students in the Embassy Scholars program.  Alumni share their experiences in launching careers in DC and pursuing graduate studies—-areas in which they are uniquely qualified.
