Student Activities

Baseball!

From celebrating Independence Day on the National Mall to attending a performance at the Kennedy Center, Washington offers something for everyone.

Each semester WII encourages its students to take advantage of all the history, culture and entertainment the DC area offers.

Activities vary according to students’ interests, but might include a guided tour of a Civil War battlefield, a Nationals baseball game, and a Pentagon tour.

In addition, elective courses feature briefings, site visits, and tours. Previous classes have visited the National Security Council, Newseum, Supreme Court, Democratic National Committee, Republican National Committee, World Bank, etc.
